**Job Title: Visual Merchandiser - Traditional Kitchen Appliances Store**

**Location**: Khammam, India

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with management to develop and execute a comprehensive visual merchandising strategy that aligns with our brand identity and business goals.
- Overhaul the layout and design of our store, including the arrangement of racks, shelves, and product displays to optimize traffic flow and enhance the customer experience.
- Create visually appealing displays that showcase our products effectively, utilizing color, lighting, and signage to attract and engage customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to continuously improve our merchandising techniques and maintain a competitive edge.
- Train and educate store staff on visual merchandising best practices to ensure consistency in execution.
- Monitor sales performance and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of merchandising initiatives and make adjustments as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong creative skills with the ability to conceptualize and implement visually compelling displays.
- Excellent understanding of consumer behavior and the ability to translate insights into effective merchandising strategies.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and familiarity with digital merchandising tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
