Job Title : Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive at goADEM (an ed-tech company), you will be working closely with educational institutes and instructional media. You will be required to make regular visits to various schools and other institutes to promote our course and services. Your key responsibilities will be to identify and research potential customers and market segments in the education field. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Monitor and report on sales metrics, including pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue. Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales goals. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, expenses, and contracts.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of success in sales
- Should have proficiency in English
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Need to have a valid driving license and your personal vehicle to commute (Travel allowances will be provided)
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
