Mother and Babycare

Roles and Responsibilities:
Clinical
- Maintain professional standards of competence in line with current best nursing practices.
- Ensure that all care needs for each patient are met in accordance with the care plan.
- Ensure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with company documented clinical standards.
- Accurately record all relevant information relating to a patient’s care or treatment at the time the care was delivered.
- Communicate with the referring clinician in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain close liaison with other healthcare professionals as appropriate.

Mother and baby Care
- Baby Care Related Activities:

- Provide neonatal care including kangaroo mother care, mummification of baby, baby bath, formula feeding, burping, diaper changing, and tips to calm down a crying baby.
- Mother Care Related Activities:

- Assist in breastfeeding, provide breast care, perform episiotomy care, perineal care, sitz bath, and assist in providing bathroom bath to the mother.
- Other Activities:

- Maintain baby crib, clean and sterilize feeding bottles, engage baby in play, wash baby clothes, and prepare baby food.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
