As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales revenue by prospecting and cultivating relationships with potential clients in your designated territory. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Conduct in-person meetings with prospective clients to understand their business needs and present tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and activity reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and generate new business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in a field sales role, preferably within the [industry].
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet sales goals and deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
