Supply Chain/Ops Reporting Manager: Proc.Supervisor

**Role Objective**:
Procurement Executive is mid-career role to manage the category purchase of healthcare and wellness

products. Resource role to improve productivity and efficiency of overall supply chain and reduce costs

while securing high quality material for the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**- Sourcing Suppliers: Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers of category assigned mainly,**

**healthcare, Optical, Audiology**
- Negotiation: Negotiating contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers to ensure favourable terms

for the company while maintaining quality standards.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with

suppliers to ensure reliability, quality, and timely delivery of goods.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels and managing procurement schedules to

ensure that adequate supplies are available to meet sales demands while minimizing excess

inventory.
- Cost Management: Continuously seeking cost-saving opportunities through supplier negotiations,

process improvements, and alternative sourcing strategies.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborating with business and quality control and assurance teams to ensure

that all procured materials meet the company's quality and safety standards.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards governing procedure.
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks related to supply chain disruptions, quality

issues, and supplier dependencies.
- Data Analysis: Analysing procurement data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and

make data-driven decisions to optimize procurement processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously seeking opportunities to improve procurement

processes, streamline operations, and enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Delivery Tracking and completion of order to cash.

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Maths / Statistics or a related field.

Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of procurement experience in healthcare, **Optical, Audiology or hospital**

**business.**
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools, Excel and demand planning

software.
- Experience in healthcare or hospital business industry with end-to-end supply chain

understanding.
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, procurement processes, and healthcare industry regulations.
- Knowledge of ERP and forecasting systems and other software packages including Microsoft Excel

and Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams

and external partners Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues

proactively.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating resilience and problem

solving skills.
