With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we have expanded our operations to multiple remote warehouse locations to meet the growing demand for our products.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Godown Incharge to oversee our warehouses located in remote locations. The Godown Incharge will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management and team supervision, to ensure efficient and smooth functioning of the warehouses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day warehouse operations at multiple remote locations.
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of inventory transactions and maintain proper documentation.
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety and security procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
- Train, motivate, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouses to optimize space utilization.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in warehouse management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel to remote warehouse locations as required.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
