- Handling employees' lifecycle and all activities during the lifecycle of the employee

- Maintaining Employees' discipline
- Managing general administrative functions
- Prepare MIS reports
- Managing Security and other vendor contracts
- Weekly and Monthly performance reporting of admin areas
- Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

- Min. Graduate Degree holder
- Min. Age of 30 Years and Max of 45 Years
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Tamil and English
- Strong in recruitments
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Good Relationship Management and Interpersonal skills
- Has good administrative capacity
