**Position Overview**:
You will be a key player in to recover unpaid debts from customers or borrowers of personal loans as a Tele Collection Associate. You will be in charge of getting in touch with borrowers, responding to their questions, and seeing to the prompt repayment of outstanding debts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Telephonic Collections**: Initiate contact with clients who have overdue payments and maintain regular follow-ups to recover outstanding debts.
- **Customer Communication**: Effectively communicate with clients to understand their financial situations and negotiate repayment plans.
- **Documentation**: Ensure accurate record-keeping of all communication and payment arrangements with clients.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies while conducting collections activities.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular reports on collection activities, including progress and challenges faced.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in tele - collection is required in a recovery collection agency.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of debt recovery processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High ethical standards and professionalism.

**Education**

UG: Any Graduate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
