**Position: Junior Architect** **Location: Palakkad, Kerala** **Type: Full-Time**

**About the Role**:As a Junior Architect at KNK Designs Architects, you'll be an essential part of our team, contributing your creativity and passion to translate architectural concepts into real-world structures. This role offers you an opportunity to learn and grow under the guidance of experienced architects.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior architects and designers to contribute to design concepts and development.
- Assist in the creation of architectural plans, drawings, and layouts using CAD software.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand project requirements.
- Contribute to the preparation of project proposals and design documentation.
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Assist in site visits and surveys to gather relevant information for design implementation.
- Support the project team by coordinating project-related tasks and documentation.
- Continuously enhance your architectural knowledge and stay updated with industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, design concepts, and construction techniques.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) for drafting and design.
- Effective communication skills for clear collaboration within the team and with clients.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and an ability to think spatially.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
