RESPONSIBILITIES:
**1. Strategy Development**:

- Create and execute social media marketing strategies aligned with the overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Identify target audiences and develop content and campaigns that resonate with them.
- Utilize market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

**2. Content Creation and Curation**:

- Develop high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various social media platforms.
- Curate content from various sources to ensure a consistent and diverse presence on social media.
- Plan and schedule posts, maintaining a content calendar to ensure a regular and timely posting schedule.

**3. Social Media Management**:

- Manage and monitor the company's social media accounts across various platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Monitor social media trends and analyze user engagement to optimize future content and strategies.

**4. Advertising and Promotion**:

- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, utilizing targeted ads to reach specific demographics.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.

**5. Community Engagement**:

- Build and nurture relationships with the online community by engaging with followers, influencers, and customers.
- Foster a positive online presence, addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively.

**6. Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports on the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Use insights to make data-driven decisions and continually improve social media strategies.

**7. Collaborations and Partnerships**:

- Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and other potential partners to expand the brand's reach and engagement.

**8. Brand Image and Voice**:

- Ensure consistency in brand image, voice, and messaging across all social media platforms.
- Uphold the brand's values and guidelines in all communications and interactions.

**9. Crisis Management**:

- Develop strategies and protocols for handling negative feedback, online crises, and reputational issues.

**10. Stay Updated**:

- Keep up-to-date with emerging social media trends, technologies, and platforms to recommend new approaches and strategies.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Demonstrated success in implementing and managing social media campaigns that drove engagement, traffic, and conversions.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) and relevant tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) for scheduling, monitoring, and analyzing social media activities.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights to optimize strategies.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box for innovative campaign ideas.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles for integrating keywords and optimizing content.
- Ability to develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with the organization's marketing goals and target audience.
- Understanding of target audience behaviors and preferences to tailor content and campaigns effectively.
- Proficiency in creating engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Understanding of copyright laws, licensing, and permissions related to content creation.
- Experience in managing online communities, responding to comments, messages, and engaging with the audience.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively and professionally.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to align strategies and achieve common goals.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of ethical considerations related to social media marketing, including privacy, data security, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, FTC guidelines).

WORK TIMING : 11 am - 7 pm.
