**Job Description**:
**Qualification**:

- Bachelors in any discipline, MBA/ MHRM or equivalent in Employee Relations / Industrial Relations is essential.
- Preferably from Armed force with corporate exp, min 15+ years of Admin and security function
- Experience in managing large scale administration and Security.

**Role**:Oversee and Manage the daily operation of the Administrative team and Security Team, including supervising, delegating tasks and providing guidance and support.

**Security Management**:

- Implement the security provisions as laid down in The ILDC Manual.
- Keep himself fully conversant with all security instructions and ensure that the security instructions are fully understood by all employees and are implemented or complied with, within their respective sections and offices.
- Shall be responsible for the proper conduct, discipline and performance of all the personnel in Security department.
- Shall also be responsible and ensure that fire service section is fully equipped and personnel are well trained. He shall take prompt action whenever necessity arises.
- Shall also be responsible for the duties of his subordinate staff and carry out any other lawful and reasonable orders issued to him by management.
- Responsible for implementation of computer and information technology related security instructions within the company.
- Carrying out periodic surprise checks and maintains a record of such checks.
- Submitting report to the Unit Head indicating lapses noticed by him as and when it occurs.
- Arranging regular programs to apprise the employees on security matters.
- Maintaining constant liaison with law enforcing agencies and nodal offices in Ministries.
- Carrying out improvement in the security system for the premises under his charge, as required, over and above the security manual.
- Arrange Internal & External Security Audits.

**General Administration**:

- Spearheading complete gamut of general administration and office management functions. supported by a team of 4-5 members Heading complete administration of canteen, transport and recreational facilities formulating and implementing operating budgets.** **Across varied domain
- Directing, coordinating and planning essential services such as reception, security, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling.
- Coordinating Canteen Services including maintaining all relevant data in terms of food license and periodic food testing reports; conducting regular training for canteen operational staff.
- Supervising Horticulture activities and delivering advice on the selection, ordering, plantation and maintenance of trees, shrubs, ground covers, and turf grasses on the campus
- Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security; managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Organizing office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery & equipment, and arranging for necessary repairs.
- Setting-up procurement strategies and purchase schedules; identifying vendors & suppliers, floating tenders and negotiating with them for cost optimization
- Developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures if necessary
- Controlling budgets for security operations and monitor expenses, ensuring monthly training to security officers and guards.
