Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and prepare well-structured and dynamic lessons to enhance students' spoken English proficiency.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies and methodologies to cater to students' diverse learning needs.
- Teach students the fundamentals of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- Facilitate interactive and engaging speaking activities, discussions, and role-plays to promote fluency and confidence.
- Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and support to students to help them improve their speaking skills.
- Assess students' progress through regular evaluations, tests, and assignments.
- Monitor and record students' attendance, participation, and performance.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active student participation.
- Collaborate with other English language teachers and staff to share best practices and resources.
- Stay updated with current trends, methodologies, and materials in English language teaching.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Spoken English Teacher or ESL/EFL instructor.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- Ability to create and deliver engaging and interactive lessons.
- Effective classroom management and organizational skills.
- Patient, enthusiastic, and supportive approach to teaching.
- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with diverse student populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- IELTS / PTE knowledge is preferred.
- Experience teaching English to non-native speakers.
- Experience using technology and digital tools in the classroom.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
