Product Designer III

**Role Overview**: As a Senior Product Designer at Cleartrip, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing the way people experience travel. We're seeking a visionary designer who can combine creativity with a deep understanding of user-centered design, innovation, and technology, all within a highly collaborative environment. You will work closely with a talented team of designers, shaping the UX and visual aspects of our platform, and driving it forward with fresh ideas and cutting-edge design solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Experience (UX)**: Lead and own the UX design of our apps and sites, ensuring they provide the best possible user experiences. Collaborate with UX research teams to conduct user research, create user personas, design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to optimize user interactions and overall usability.
- **Collaborative Approach**: Foster a culture of collaboration within the design team and across the organization. Work closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to collectively shape the design vision and user experiences.
- **Visual Design and Typography**: Possess a remarkable sense of visual design, with a keen eye for typography and aesthetics. Elevate the visual identity of our platform, ensuring it captivates users and sets industry benchmarks.
- **Team and Project Management**: Manage and mentor a team of talented product designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their growth. Lead cross-functional collaboration, aligning design efforts with product and engineering teams to deliver impactful and user-centric solutions. Take ownership of design projects, from concept to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and on target.
- **Design Systems**: Help maintain our design system (CDS) to ensure consistency and scalability in design across the platform.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and executives, to ensure design aligns with business objectives and user needs.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure the highest quality of design output and maintain a meticulous attention to detail.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Product Designer, ideally in the travel or e-commerce industry, with a strong focus on UX design.
- Exceptional design portfolio showcasing UX design expertise, visual design, and typography.
- Adept at design tools such as Figma (expert level), Adobe Creative Suite, and other prototyping and collaoration tools.
- Demonstrated experience in team and project management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
