**Responsibilities**:
1. Teach chemistry to students preparing for JEE/IIT and NEET examinations.

2. Design and deliver well-structured lessons that align with the JEE/IIT and NEET syllabus.

3. Provide comprehensive instruction on various chemistry topics, including organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, physical chemistry, and analytical chemistry.

5. Foster a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.

6. Adapt teaching methods and strategies to accommodate the diverse learning needs and abilities of students.

7. Administer regular assessments and examinations to evaluate students' progress and identify areas for improvement.

8. Offer constructive feedback and guidance to students, assisting them in their exam preparation and academic growth.

9. Stay updated with the latest developments and changes in the JEE/IIT and NEET examination patterns and syllabus.

10. Integrate technology and teaching aids effectively to enhance the learning experience.

12. Provide mentoring and support to students in developing effective study habits and time management skills.

13. Encourage and motivate students to excel academically and achieve their goals.

14. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to discuss students' progress and address any concerns.

15. Participate actively in school events, faculty meetings, and professional development activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. A bachelor's/master's degree in Chemistry or a related field from a recognized university.

2. Profound knowledge of chemistry concepts and a thorough understanding of the JEE/IIT and NEET syllabus.

3. Prior experience in teaching chemistry, especially to JEE/IIT and NEET aspirants, is highly desirable.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts.

5. Enthusiasm for teaching and the ability to inspire a love for chemistry among students.

6. Strong organizational skills to plan and deliver a well-structured curriculum.

7. Proficiency in using technology and educational software to enhance the learning process.

8. Collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and administrators.

**Salary**: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
