**GENERAL**

**Reporting to**: Project Manager
**1. **Job Purpose**
The Hans Foundation will support Sewa Dham school. Volleyball Instructor will be responsible to oversee sports coaching and development, including talent scouting, training, and tournament preparation for students at various levels, ensuring adherence to child protection policies and fostering a supportive and competitive sports environment.
**2. **Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Visit Required 4-6 times in a week or as per requirement.
- Assess sports equipment need and share the requirements.
- Prepare students for various level of game tournaments at regional, state and national level.
- Develop coaching plan for the players and execute the plan.
- Assess performance of top 20 and share their monthly ranking.
- Researching teams and developing tactics and strategies.
- Scouting talent and running tryouts.
- Assessing players and developing training plans to build strengths.
- Assess the progress of each player and track progress.
- Undertake one to one session with players as required.
- Selecting the team for games and motivating players.
- Monitor children's behavioral patterns and arrange appropriate interventions if needed.
- Resolving inner-team disputes and settling disagreements.
- Entire code of conduct should be in congruent with child rights policy and laws and policy for the protection, safety and overall well-being of the child.

**3. Other Indicative Requirements**
**Educational Qualifications**
- Bachelor of Physical Education degree (B.P.E) or Bachelor in sports management.
**Functional / Technical Skills and Relevant Experience & Other requirements (Behavioural, Language, Certifications etc.)**
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- International Medalist preferred.
- Preferably form Patiala.
**Required Skills& Competences**:
- Previous experience with badminton.
- A solid understanding of the game.
- Must be in top physical condition.
- Be able to motivate players.
- Good leadership skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Have an excellent memory and concentration skills.
