Scaffolding Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling activities.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Train and instruct scaffold crews on proper assembly techniques and safety procedures.

Inspect scaffolds regularly to ensure they meet safety standards and specifications.

Maintain accurate records of scaffold inventory and inspections.

Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to plan scaffold installations.

Troubleshoot and resolve scaffold-related issues efficiently.

Monitor crew performance and provide constructive feedback.

Order and maintain inventory of scaffold materials and equipment.

Stay updated on industry trends and safety guidelines.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
