We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospital Administrator to oversee the efficient and effective operation of our healthcare facility. As a Hospital Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining a strong focus on financial performance, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, including staff management, resource allocation, and patient flow management, to ensure smooth functioning and optimal utilization of resources.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage the hospital budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost control measures to achieve financial targets while maintaining high-quality patient care standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and licensing requirements to maintain the hospital's legal and ethical integrity.

Qualification : MBA in healthcare
Job timing : 10 to 6 pm
Sunday off

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per year
