**Position: NEET/JEE Teachers**

**Subjects**:

- Biology
- Physics
- Science

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the curriculum, study materials, and teaching methodologies.
- Design and administer assessments, tests, and mock exams to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify and address the individual learning needs of students, offering additional support and guidance when necessary.
- Regularly monitor student performance and adapt teaching strategies to optimize learning outcomes.
- Inspire and motivate students to achieve their academic goals and excel in competitive exams.
- Maintain a disciplined and engaging classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress, areas of improvement, and necessary actions for success.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum one year of teaching experience in NEET and JEE coaching is mandatory.**:

- **Proficiency in Marathi, English, and Hindi is mandatory.**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
