**Job Purpose**:
An excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a career within Citigroup and more specifically within the Reporting and Data Transformation team in FP&A (Financial planning and analytics) division.
- The purpose_ of the role will be to perform key activities (as described below) supporting FPA& teams, across all products and countries. The goal is to create, maintain and execute solutions such as visualization dashboards, transformation workflows etc. to make processes more efficient and provide analytical insights leveraging the Citi data.

It does business in more than 100 countries, providing consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with a broad range of financial products and services, including consumer banking and credit, corporate and investment banking, securities brokerage and wealth management.

The Reporting workstream within Reporting and Data Transformation is focused on replacing manual EUC based reports with automated solutions. The workstream will create technology infrastructure to aggregate data from multiple sources, run calculations and create automated reports serving different business needs The workstream will also drive standardization of reports.

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge, Experience & Skills:_
- Good analytical acumen with 15-20 years prior work experience of working on digitization projects with significant part of that focused on Data automation, transformation and governance initiatives preferably in Financial Services / Banks, with global exposure
- Excellent communication skills and ability to facilitate workshops to collaborate with participants across the end-to-end process and present work progress and results
- Skilled in creating storyboards for presentation to seniors to build consensus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Willingness to ask questions and ability to quickly grasp and master new concepts and requirements, related to product and process knowledge
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of various parts of a project/initiative and following through until resolution
- Experience in FP&A or related to business and operational planning and budgeting will be an added advantage
- Experienced in Data transformation and visualization tools (specially Tableau, KNIME, POWERBI, Python) will be an added advantage
- Experience of working with financial data with Interest in business and economic environment
- Education: _Professional degree equivalent to BE/CA/MBA Finance

**Key Responsibilities**:_includes_ _people management for small to medium size teams_
- Leadership / Project & Program Management:_
- Lead the teams to drive Citi FP&A process automation, transformation and governance initiative for stakeholders assigned to businesses, products and regions
- Attention to detail to ensure precision, critical thinking and problem-solving ability, exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Demonstrated ability to methodically synthesize and analyze processes. Quickly grasp and master new requirements and related knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective, mutually beneficial relationships with members across various tech and business forums
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and shift from one task to another on short notice as priorities change
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of projects and change initiatives. Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Demonstrates commitment and accountability and is self-confident in executing responsibilities
- Strong team player with the ability to work as part of a local / global teams. Ability to build consensus. History of success working in a team environment
- Willingness to ask questions, challenge the process, and seek out answers
- Effective use of MS Word / PowerPoint to manage project documentation and produce effective senior management presentations
- Strategic data and reporting workstreams_
- Drive collaboration across finance and technology teams to provide advisory support as SME that helps to build the end-to-end finance architecture and deliver the required infrastructure.
