brands in the ecommerce industry like L’Oréal, HUL, Luminous, Symphony, Godrej,

Bajaj, Crompton, Flipkart and many more.

**Job Description**:
This role focuses on Performance Marketing (sales) across various mediums (CPC, CPM)

to maximize client sell-out.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute campaign strategies to achieve client's brand and business

objectives.
- Plan and execute day-to-day marketing activities, including campaign optimization

and budgeting.
- Manage paid search campaigns and create PPC campaigns across digital channels.
- Analyse campaigns, conduct competitive research, and provide strategic

recommendations.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), goals, and revenue.
- Generate weekly and monthly client reports.

**Requirements**:

- Interpret and analyse data effectively.
- Draw logical inferences and provide recommendations.
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented.
- Attention to detail and metric-focused.

Knowledge and Experience:

- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Amazon Marketing Services and/or Flipkart

Search Advertising, Google Ads
- Proficient in creating marketing plans for search campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart,

and Google.
- Experience with campaign optimization and different campaign types (CPC, CPM).
- Familiarity with retail-specific tools and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics,

Facebook Analytics).

**Salary**: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
