We are urgently looking for **Business Development Manager (B2B)** for one of the **US Based MNC Plastic Mfg. Company** at **Bengaluru **location.
**Experience**: 2 to 8 Years
**Qualification**: MBA in marketing or Packaging Graduate from any of IIP (Indian Institute of Packaging) or equivalent institute.
- Business Development/Sales for induction seals to FMCG, Food and beverage, Lubricant Oil industry in south region (Bengaluru and Chennai).
- **Identify market opportunities by identifying new markets, assessing customer requirements, engaging with customer, forecasting business (long term and short term); driving targeted market share.**:
- Build and sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities.
- Coordinating with respective departments so that customer requirements and delivery plans are fulfill in time.
- Business development and increasing business share with Key Accounts.
- Meeting new customers for business development.
- Driving business growth through identification & penetration of new market segments for attainment of targets.
- Strengthening the existing business relationship and closely working with customers and significantly contributing for new alliances / tie ups for business growth.
