**Key Responsibilities**:

**Project Planning**:Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to understand project requirements.

**Technical Expertise**:Utilize advanced knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.

**Drafting and Documentation**:Produce detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications for construction.
Ensure that all necessary documentation complies with relevant regulations and standards.

**Site Analysis**:Conduct site visits to assess environmental and geographical factors that may impact the design.
Consider sustainability and environmental impact in design decisions.

**Communication**:Effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members.
Present and explain design concepts to clients and obtain feedback.

**Project Management**:Oversee and coordinate the construction process to ensure that the design is implemented accurately.
Monitor progress, address issues, and make adjustments as needed.

**Problem Solving**:Identify and solve design and construction-related problems that may arise during the project.
Ensure that projects meet quality standards and are completed within budget and deadlines.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

**Licensing**:Obtain and maintain the required architectural license in the relevant jurisdiction.

**Experience**:Relevant experience in architectural design and project management.

**Technical Skills**:Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant tools.
Knowledge of building information modeling (BIM) is often preferred.

**Communication Skills**:Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to convey complex ideas to clients and team members.

**Creativity**:Strong design and creative thinking skills.

**Collaboration**:Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.
