**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Professor of Management at Fullinfaws College located in Bengaluru South. The Assistant Professor of Management will be responsible for creating and delivering curriculum, conducting research, teaching university-level courses, and participating in marketing and outreach activities.

**Qualifications**
- Expertise in Organizational Behavior and Curriculum Development
- Experience in conducting research and publishing scholarly articles
- Experience in university-level teaching
- Marketing skills to attract prospective students and promote the program
- Excellent communication skills
- An MBA/ M.Com / M.Phil / Ph.D. in Management or a related field is preferred
- Experience with online teaching platforms and technology is a plus
- Commitment to upholding the mission, vision, and core values of Fullinfaws College

**Salary**

**18,000/- to 25,000/-**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Schedule:
