**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and onboard dealers/distributors specializing in orthopedic and rehabilitation aids.
- Leverage dealer networks to promote waterproof covers and other products to doctors and hospitals.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including digital and offline strategies.
- Provide feedback to the product team to ensure our offerings meet market demands.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the healthcare or medical devices sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with orthopedic or rehabilitation products is an advantage.
