**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Provisioning of TRIRIGA SaaS and TAS MS- longer cycles to deliver orders and recognize revenue
- Platform Upgrades
- all customer require upgrades this year for Security fixes (log4J and other longstanding Security gaps) as well as features and functionality. Many customers require upgrades to support their Return to Work effort including IBM internal users, IBM Global Real Estate and IBM Finance. Upgrades of multiple environments across 98 customers will require over 6000 hours to complete in the next 2 quarters
- SLAs commitments for Salesforce Cases
- India provides the initial intake for customer cases. If this work shifts to other regions/resources, it will draw those resources from other assignments and customer commitments with the potential to miss SLAs
- On Call Support
- India shares the On Call rotations with Global resources. If this work shifts, it will draw those resources from other assignments and there is potential to have extended MTTR

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Experience 2+ years of experience in supporting Middleware Technologies such as WebSphere Application Server, IBM HTTP Server
- Knowledge in build and configuring the WAS environment end to end on Linux, and cloud infrastructure.
- Expertise in installation and configuring Application server with Webserver and Plugin configuration.
- Experience providing on call support for critical production issues and determination of RCA.
- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Openshift in cloud infrastructures.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Degreed within Engineering or Computer Science
