Profile - **Inside Sales Executive ( Female )**

Experience - **2 to 4 years**

Qualification - **Graduate with Technical background work experience.**

Industry - **HVAC**

**Description:

- **
- Prepare proposals based on the project's technical specifications andrequirements.
- Handling software selection and offers for cooling towers, Pumps, ExpansionTanks, Valves, Ducts.
- Preparing RFQ and preparing compliance
- Maintaining records of all inflow and outflow of enquiries onexcel.
- Preparing MIS
- Making Quotation, dealing with Customer in terms of Technically as well as in commercial matter.
- A good communicator with strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solvingand organizational skills.
- Coordinating the team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- End to end coordination with various production plants for products.
- Coordinating & follow up with customers.
- Coordinating with the internal departments/ factories for managing scheduled delivery, timely production & dispatch as well as coordinating with the clients for any query or complaint.
- Updating Data on management systems.

**Requirement:

- **
- Proven Inside sales experience in HVAC or Engineering industry will be preferred.
- Hands - on work experience from a technical background.
- Experience working with CRM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 per month
