**Job Summary**:As a Credit Sales Officer, you will be responsible for managing and growing the credit portfolio of the organisation by identifying and acquiring new clients, assessing their creditworthiness, and promoting financial products. You will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, mitigating credit risks, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition**:Identify potential clients through market research, referrals, and networking.
Actively pursue and engage prospective clients to promote credit products.
Conduct presentations and meetings to explain the benefits of credit products.
**Credit Assessment**:Evaluate the creditworthiness of prospective clients by analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information.
Determine appropriate credit limits and terms based on risk assessments.
Collaborate with the credit risk team to ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures.
**Sales Target Achievement**:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
**Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Conduct regular follow-ups to assess customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
**Reporting and Analysis**:Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in credit sales or a related financial services role.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and credit analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
