**Responsibilities**:
create job cards

Respond to questions about the outcome of the service.

Diagnose the causes of vehicles problems and repair the same.

Draw up repair estimates.

Perform maintenance services.

Liaise with the parts department to obtain required components.

Carry out vehicle inspections, testing and safety checks.

Document and maintain records of service work carried out on vehicles.

Keep shop floor area clean and neat.

Maintain and organize tools, equipment and manuals.

Research technical manuals of particular vehicles in order to increase efficiency.

Keep abreast of technical updates and improvements relevant to the job.

Advise customers about warranty protections and potential cost savings.

Manage and oversee the service center’s workflow and scheduling.

Greeting customers and offering excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles.

Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered.

Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding services.

Experience in the automotive field.

Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication.

**Salary**: ₹9,852.26 - ₹26,043.26 per month
