IT Hardware Repair Personnel (Level 2)

Position: IT Hardware Repair Personnel (Level 2)

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and assess hardware faults in PCs, laptops, and mobile phones.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues to identify the root cause of problems.
- Repair and replace faulty components, including microchips, circuit boards, and other hardware parts.
- Test and validate repaired devices to ensure proper functionality.
- Perform data backup and recovery procedures as needed during the repair process.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and work performed.
- Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and repair techniques in the IT hardware industry.
- Provide technical support to end-users and assist in resolving hardware-related issues.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards while handling sensitive equipment.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant technical certifications or vocational training preferred.
- Proven experience as an IT hardware repair technician, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting and repairs.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hardware issues in PCs, laptops, and mobile phones.
- In-depth knowledge of microchip repair and experience working with circuit boards and electronic components.
- Familiarity with various diagnostic tools and equipment used in hardware repair.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet repair deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills to interact with end-users and team members.
- A customer-focused approach to provide high-quality service and support.
- Comfortable working in a workshop environment with exposure to electronic components and repair tools.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
