- Roles and Responsibilities:

- **Follow and coordinate quality assurance programs and formulate/Implement quality control policies.**:

- **Prepare & maintain QA & QC documents.**:

- **Maintain the records like NCR, CRN, SCAR, WI, SOPs etc.**:

- **Coordinate with Production to maintain the Mixing Tickets, Batcher Tickets, OPCR & HBM Reports.**:

- **Prepare & maintain the documents related to Process Excellence.**:

- **Coordinate with PEx team for the preparation of Process Documents like SIPOC, TD, SL etc.**:

- **Maintain& Prepare documents related to ISO/QMS Implementation.**:

- **Prepare & Maintain the QC In-process, FG & Aging Test Reports.**:

- **Prepare & circulate the Quality Bulletin to concern peoples.**:

- **Maintain the Inhouse Calibration reports.**:

- **Coordinate with Authorized Third Part Vendor for the Calibration of Equipments in the lab & maintain the reports.**:

- **Participate in Quality, Product & Process Audits.**:

- **Prepare & maintain RM/PM & FG product profiles for the Master reference.**:

- **Maintain the New Product Development documents.**:

- **Maintain the Supplier Audit Reports.**:

- **Coordinate with QC Team for the preparation of Quality Plan & AQL for each product/RM/PM testing & acceptance.**:

- Promote risk-based thinking within QA Department and across the organization and ensures that actions are taken to address significant risks and opportunities.
- Ensures that laboratory testing methods conforms to applicable standards.
- Work with R&D team to establish quality standards for new products.
- Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance.
- Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies.
- Attends various meetings such as the Daily Performance Dialogues, QC Performance Dialogue, PEx Meeting, take note of action and communicate instructions where necessary.
- Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of subordinates.
- Support and participate in the continual improvement activities of the company.
- Perform such other duties and responsibilities analogous, germane or related to and / or implied from the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities.
- Learn & perform QC testing in absence of QC Chemist.
- Help & take a responsibility of QA department on behalf of senior.
- Report to Asst. Manager/Manager QA for the findings, problems & decisions.
- Help to generate the disposition on the testing results.
- Maintain the Apparatus & Chemical Stocks.
- **Qualifications and Education Requirements**:

- College graduate preferably with degree course in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field
- Preferably Licensed or with Master’s Degree
- Having ISO Certification is preferable.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in quality assurance
- Preferred Skills:

- Working knowledge on both Quality Control/Assurance & R&DTechniques
- Hands on in the document maintenance & preparation.
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, influencing and team working skills
- Ability to manage a cross-functional team
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Competent in problem solving, team building and decision making
- Commercially aware
- Flexible to varying demands of the role
- Able to take additional responsibilities for time being.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
