**Responsibilities**:
1) Conducting research related to product development and process optimization

2) Characterization and quant/qual analyses of phytochemicals

3) Data collection and comprehensive reports

4) Liaison with academic and research organizations

**Additional skills**:
1) Advanced knowledge of chromatography and spectrophotometry concepts and techniques

2) Knowledge of food processing concepts and technologies

3) MUST HAVE EXCELLENT ORAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS

4) MUST be willing to travel whenever required

**Education**:
Ph.D. in either of the following:
1) Microbiology (Food)

2) Biochemistry (Food)

2) Food Science and Technology

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Doctorate (preferred)
