**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions with students.
- Develop and implement customized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students to enhance their learning experience.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Assist students in preparing for English proficiency exams, if necessary.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching English or tutoring.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with various teaching methods and resources.
- Knowledge of local language(s) to better communicate with students and parents.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
