- Grievance Handling:

- Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and disputes
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and conflicts.
- Develop and implement resolution strategies to address and mitigate workplace issues.
- Employee Relations:

- Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and engagement

initiatives.
- Mediate disputes between employees and management to maintain a harmonious work

environment.
- Provide guidance to management on employee relations matters.

Desired profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field. BE / B.Tech will

be an added advantage. by
- MSW with minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in industrial relations, statutory

compliance, and grievance handling.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices
- Certification in Industrial Relations or Human Resources Management is a plus.
- Familiarity with industry-specific challenges and regulations.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Organizational skills:

- Highly organized in order to keep track of all the different elements of the production

process.
- Need to be able to create and maintain detailed schedules and plans, and coordinate the

activities of different team members.
- Communication skills:

- Excellent communication skills in order to be able to effectively communicate with

other members of the production team.
- Need to be able to clearly explain their plans and schedules, and listen carefully to

feedback and input from others.
- Administrative expertise
- To handle employee leave, absence, absence files, the in and outflow of employees,

payroll, benefits, and more.
- To manage conflicting ideas and priorities across stakeholder groups and navigate this

complexity will help you avoid potential project pitfalls and get the information and

support you need to make your project a success.
- Decision-making skills
- Needs good decision-making skills in order to make decisions that will optimize the

production process.
