Broadsoft Expert

We are looking for a BroadSoft expert who can design, implement, and manage solutions

based on the BroadSoft platform, which is a leading provider of cloud-based unified

communications and collaboration services.

such as voice, video, messaging, conferencing, contact center, mobility, and integration with third-party systems
- Proficient in configuring and customizing the broadsoft features and functionalities to meet the customer;s business needs and requirements
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving any issues or problems that may arise in

developing on top of BroadSoft, including insights into the API’s and Architecture of the

BroadSoft system
- Able to design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable broadsoft solutions that meet

the customer’s performance, availability, and functionality expectations
- Familiar with the industry standards and best practices for unified communications and

Collaboration
- Able to collaborate with other broadsoft experts and engineers to share knowledge and

experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
