Introduction

**Job Description**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders (product managers, UX designers, engineers) to understand business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.
- Translate business requirements into comprehensive UI/UX solutions, considering information architecture, user workflows, and interaction design.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and wireframes using design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Partner with engineers to ensure UI designs are technically feasible and can be implemented effectively.
- Evaluate and select appropriate UI frameworks or libraries considering factors like performance, maintainability, and project requirements.
- Advocate for UI/UX best practices and accessibility throughout the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and API specifications relevant to the UI components.
- Stay updated on emerging UI technologies, design trends, and best practices in software architecture.

Primary Skills:

- Minimum 4+ years of experience as Solution Architect and overall 9+ years of experience in industry
- Hands-on experience in UI design and development, with a solid understanding of UI/UX principles and interaction design.
- Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and understanding of software architecture principles.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and UI prototyping tools (optional, but a plus).
- Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and familiarity with common FE frameworks/libraries.(Rect/Angular/VueJS)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate technical feasibility and trade-offs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
