**Company Profile**
Zuge Electric is one of the world's first metaverse enabled EV retail store. We are a firm that has its sights focused firmly on the global EV markets; casting a wide net over critical EV ecosystem avenues and also leveraging the new-age METAVERSE technology to expand reach and impact by gamifying e-commerce.
**ZUGE** already has the largest distribution set up in India with over 4500 physical dealerships, 12000 virtual dealerships and we are still adding to that. We have already partnered with big brands like Greaves Cotton, Kinetic, BGauss, Detel, Hero and many others just to mention a few. Apart from two wheelers and four wheelers, we are also looking to represent three wheelers and large trucks on our platform too.
Aside from our strategic on-ground infrastructure, **ZUGE** is also the first company globally, to take EV showrooms to the customer’s doorstep through the Metaverse.
**WHAT IS THE CORE OF OUR PROPOSITION?**
At ZUGE’s core we have **ACCESS, CONVENIENCE & TRUST**

**ACCESS** - we go where the consumer iswherever you have large numbers of potential customers you will find our metaverse store enabled. Whether it is large IT parks with EV initiators, retail malls or large residential socities. Unlike most physical Store our virtual metaverse store allows them to see up close, ALL the variants available in our store, in ALL colours.
**CONVENIENCE** - Customers are assisted by a metaverse sales executive present inside the virtual store who will make compelling arguments for our products against old world ICE vehicles. These include explanations of the features with advantages and benefits of their chosen models against the others.
**TRUST** - Post this virtual compelling discussion with them, our executives will make arrangements for them to take test rides. This could be at the customer’s doorstep (if urgently required by the consumer), a repeat of the physical venue they interacted through the virtual store (RWA, IT park or Mall) or even at our physical store (if the customer so prefers it). We will always be available to help customers experience the vehicle’s benefits via both - **virtual and physical routes.**
We are also partners with leading finance companies for loans and third-party agencies for exchange of the customer’s pre owned vehicles.
**WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM OUR SALES EXECUTIVE?**
- Work with his sales manager to identify sales closures from potential consumers.
- Sell multi-brand EV vehicles using the features, advantages and benefits model to customers through the metaverse.
- Ensure the customers are comfortable with oculus (VR Headset) and set to right language and customer has entered the right EV store.
- Demonstrate multi brand EV vehicles to customers and provide accurate information about features, specifications, and pricing.
- Engage with potential customers at consumer events to bring them to the metaverse.
- Provide excellent follow up for finance and exchange schemes to build long lasting relationships with clients.
- Negotiate sales deals and close sales transactions to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and build a pipeline to maximize sales incentives and opportunities.
- Gain knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends, product and competition to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers.
**Desired qualities**
- Has proven track record of success in sales
- Deep knowledge on EV industry & its trends.
- Has contacts with Dealers and Distributors of the same industry in his territory
- Comfortable working in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable with English, Kannada and Hindi.
**Qualification and Experience**:
Automobile sales experience is preferred with between 6 months - 1 year
Education - PUC / graduate with any degree.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
