**Responsibilities**:
**Agile Coach Job Description**
- Provide Agile coaching to teams on all aspects of the project management framework, with a strong focus on Scrum practices
- Coaching and mentoring ScrumMasters, Product Owners, Agile teams and management to enhance release planning, Agile ceremonies, continuous integration and continuous delivery practices
- Transferring knowledge and helping teams continuously reflect and improve, becoming more effective in their roles and increasing the outcome, collaboration, and quality practices
- Introduce Agile methodologies and implement agility in the project delivery processes using SAFe and Scrum
- Continue to evangelize the need for top-down support for agile culture and values in order to achieve maximum results from the use of agile practices
- Demonstrates and shares experiences and observations with all team members and to ensure best practices are being used and recommends process improvement
- Oversees the overall objective cohesion of initiatives involving many scrum teams and leads initiative performance
- Assesses emerging trends/best practices and determines implications of proposed methodologies on meeting business unit strategy

**Agile Coach Responsibilities**
- Facilitate and lead multiple teams in Agile, Lean, and SCRUM Methodologies
- Provide program and team level coaching of department / program teams on Agile practices, principles, roles, artifacts, and mechanics
- Leading teams and their partners as they learn and adopt Agile practices by supporting them through coaching, mentoring, facilitating and teaching
- Perform similar activities where Agile support is needed for initiatives not using Scrum
- Coach and mentor other scrum masters in our product team
- You will work with executives to promote Agile mindset and best practices towards delivery success
- You will write new methodologies and development practices and will help to implement those
- You will collect feedbacks from the development team and improve current process and practices
- Act as an Agile Coach, concentrating on developing Execution leaders (RTE and Scrum Masters) and closely partnering with the Product Manager & IT Delivery Owner to guide one agile release train

**Desired experience**:

- 2+ year experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Experiencing implementing SAFE and Scrum
- Hands-on experience using various Agile Tools
- Advanced industry recognized certifications related to Agile
- Help teams implement Agile development approaches
