**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to create job descriptions and specifications.
- Negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a placement agency or recruitment firm.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
