**Job Summary**:
The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day on-site activities of interior design projects, ensuring that all work is completed according to the design specifications, within the project timeline, and to the highest standards of quality. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing on-site teams, and addressing any issues that may arise during the project execution.

Location: Magarpatta, Pune

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **On-Site Supervision**:

- Oversee the execution of interior design projects on-site, ensuring that work is completed according to the design plans and specifications.
- Monitor the progress of construction and installation activities, ensuring that they are carried out according to the project schedule.
- Inspect work quality and materials used to ensure they meet the required standards.
- **Coordination with Stakeholders**:

- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or changes in requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply-related issues.
- **Team Management**:

- Supervise and manage on-site labor teams, ensuring they are working efficiently and safely.
- Allocate tasks to team members based on their skills and the requirements of the project.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, addressing any issues or challenges they may encounter.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality.
- Identify and rectify any defects or discrepancies in the construction or installation process.
- Ensure that all materials used on-site meet the specified quality and safety standards.
- **Safety Management**:

- Ensure that all on-site activities are carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety briefings with the on-site team to reinforce the importance of safety practices.
- Address any safety hazards or issues immediately to prevent accidents or injuries.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project, such as delays, material shortages, or design changes.
- Work closely with the project manager and design team to find effective solutions to any problems that impact the project timeline or quality.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of on-site activities, including daily progress reports, material usage, and any incidents or issues.
- Provide regular updates to the project manager and design team on the status of the project.
- Ensure that all necessary documentation, such as permits and inspections, is completed and filed appropriately.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in on-site supervision, preferably in interior design or construction projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering interior projects on time and within budget.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, construction processes, and materials.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide on-site teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting design drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, contractors, and team members.

- Bachelor's (preferred)
