**Responsibilities**:

- 1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our telecommunications products and services.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective customers through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas within designated timeframes.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement successful sales strategies and tactics.
- Uphold a positive and professional demeanor while representing the company to potential clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of 2 years of success in telesales or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with telecommunications products and services is advantageous.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
