**Responsibilities**:

- Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling and coordination.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct research and gather information on various topics as required by the executives, providing well-organized summaries and recommendations.
- Maintain and update confidential records and files, exercising discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and diplomacy in all interactions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, expense tracking, and budget management.
- Provide administrative support, including handling incoming calls, managing office supplies, and organizing office operations.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments as requested by the executives, ensuring timely completion with utmost efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Marathi, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management software.
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and ability to represent the executives and the organization with tact and discretion.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and maintain the highest level of discretion.
- Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative to address them.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
