**Job Summary**:
As a Food Technologist, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and improving food products and processes to meet consumer demands, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with various departments such as research and development, production, quality control, and marketing to ensure the successful development and launch of new food products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Research and Development**:

- Conduct research to identify new ingredients, formulations, and processes for food product development.
- Experiment with different recipes, ingredients, and processing techniques to create innovative and high-quality food products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop prototypes and conduct sensory evaluations to assess product attributes.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure that food products meet safety and quality standards.
- Perform regular inspections and audits of production facilities to monitor adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Investigate and resolve any issues related to product quality or safety.
- **Product Testing and Analysis**:

- Conduct laboratory tests and analyses to evaluate the nutritional content, shelf life, texture, flavor, and overall quality of food products.
- Interpret test results and provide recommendations for product improvement or optimization.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in food science and technology.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Stay updated on food safety regulations and ensure that all products comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including ingredient lists, nutritional information, and labeling, in accordance with regulatory standards.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Identify opportunities for automation and technological advancements to streamline operations.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, marketing, and sales, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders and external partners as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
- Previous experience in food product development, quality assurance, or food manufacturing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food science principles, food chemistry, and food microbiology.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: From ₹16,000.00 per month
