**Job Summary**
Poly Products is a manufacturing unit and we are looking for a **ERP operator ** to update and maintain stocks in ERP of items manufactured / processed / despatched..
- **QUALIFICATION **_ BSc Computer Science / Diploma Computer Science
- **EXPERIENCE**:_2-5 years experience in operating /maintaining /supporting ERP process in similar organisation

Assists in developing procedures to ensure integrity of ERP systems and databases.
Assists in ensuring that external/internal regulations and policies governing data management are met, including regulations concerning security, audit and privacy.
Thoroughly understands ERP subsystem in order to assign appropriate system access to users at different levels across the organisation
Works as a system analyst with key personnel to help define user needs and develop data processing solutions
Maintains liaisons with business, technical staff, and extended support organizations for resolution of ERP issues
Works with end users on all functional modules to document business needs/requirements for upgrades and enhancements
Develops and presents training materials for end users;
Conducts internal audits on a periodic basis and presents the same tomanagement with suggestions for improvement.
Maintains confidentiality of information exposed to in the course of business
Analyse the following reports and make timely recommendations to management:
Usage reports of ERP on a weekly basis
Reports related to Errors and updations in ERP on a monthly basis
Any other reports as required from time to time

**IMPORTANT NOTE**:
**You will be required to visit the shop floor, take details of daily production of all items and enter accurately in ERP on daily basis.**
**Stock report to be generated and submitted to Management on daily basis.**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
