The Returns Materials Coordinator will be based in Hyderabad. In this position, you will report to the Sr.Manager - After Market Supply Chain. The main purpose of this role is to support Field Quality team by processing returns for failure analysis & also work closely with Asset Management / Project Management teams to help in disposal of EWastes & Facilitate Material Diversions with proper paperwork. Involves liaison with multiple stakeholders viz. Logistics, Planning, Asset Management & Project management teams. Preferable to have an experience in RMA process.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do
- Responsible as the main interface between Project Managers, Customer Service team wanting to process Product Returns by Approving RMAs.
- Should be supporting Field Quality in getting back defective Product Returns for Failure Analysis
- Responsible to Execute Product Returns by working closely with Logistics on Pick-ups. Seek Tracking details & communicate with Internal customers
- Should follow standard operating procedure for all product returns with respect to Receive, inspect, sort ,segregate, repackage, reuse/scrap.
- Will be facilitating Material Diversions via RMA / VRA (Vendor Returns).
- Should be able to manage E-waste vendors with respect to setting up new vendor registration, Vendor payments etc
- Should maintain & continuously look to improve the RMA Process within the organization
- Should be responsible to collect and analyze system data, develop dashboard reports, executive summaries and trends
- Effective Liaison, support & assistance with all cross functional teams viz Quality, Project Management, Logistics, Customer Service
- Should ensure proper Stock control for Product Returns through close coordination with 3rd party warehouse
- Will be monitoring RMA (Returned products) inventory by identifying & working towards its disposition.
- Should regularly coach & train all stakeholders on the Product Returns & Replacement Process (RMA)

- Ability to pay attention to details & quick decision making
- Ability to understand high level business processes & its interactions Customer centric attitude
- This role would be an Individual contributor role.

Here are a few of our preferred experiences
- A minimum of 3-6 years of related experience in managing & processing Product Returns (RMA)
- Good written & verbal communication skills.
