- **Min. Relevant Experience**: 2-3 years of IT Vendor Management (Field Service Workforce) domain experience required
- As a Coordinator (GMVP), you will be reporting to the Vendor Management Manager and supporting him in discharging his deliverables with respect to delivering feasibility reports to new deals. Your KRA includes but not limited to taking the deal feasibility to the next level of delivery maturity and maximize stakeholder satisfaction.**Responsibilities**:

- Significantly contribute for the success of the Sales team by accurately and timely providing delivery feasibility for new deals by working under the guidance and directions of the Manager
- Adheres to the defined SOP of preparing feasibility of new job sites from worker or Vendor perspective.
- Ensure that the existing SOP and processes are strictly followed.
- Should be able to challenge the status quo and drive innovation in achieving 100% feasibility of IT infrastructure deals (including but not limited to networking, end user computing like laptops and desktops, server and storage support) for ISG.
- Contribute to create a culture of high performance within the team.
- Execute performance management initiatives and KPI´s.
- Responsible to handle any escalations, from internal stakeholders within the stipulated SLA as per SOP.
- Responsible for managing all stages of requisition activity using VMS technology, in-house portals, industry standards and company policy.
- Leverage our VMS technology to ensure optimum, cost-effective, timely, and high-quality results.
- Support GMVP NPT and WAR team by providing access to feasibility reports.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure execution and compliance of overall process cadences for MVP Team.
- Good to have hands on delivery experience on end user computing category.
- Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before submitting feasibility reports to Sales.
- Good to have prior knowledge of Background verification requirements and drug test as per local country law.

- Ability to critically review and advise business programs and procedures in accordance with business requirements and corporate policies and standards.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Should have prior experience of working on ticketing portals.
- MS Office (especially MS Excel) skills is mandatory.
