**Purpose of function**:
The primary function of the Trainee Operator is to support Global Customer Success Lead, S5 Local / Regional offices & Management to ensure the implementation and delivery of client requirements.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Show a proven track record of client support
- IT savvy and capable of quickly learning/understanding operating systems
- Maintain good commercial relations with the clients
- Have the discipline to work to strict deadlines and targets
- Not afraid to investigate and resolve queries both internally and externally
- Organized record keeping and follow-up
- High level Customer Service mentality
- Not a 9-5 mentality

**Key areas of focus are**:

- Making sure that new requirements agreed with existing clients are properly understood and implemented by hub and regional centres
- Maintain good commercial relations with the Clients.
- Understand and interpret the contract terms that regulate the relationship with the Clients.
- Performance follow up on clientReviewing detail of SDI

Client focused KPI follow up
Monthly reporting
Maintenance of system logins
Ensuring client specific templates up to date
- Onboarding & Set up of new clients(Incl. Trials) in line with client manager / client agreementHub set up

Working / financial procedures understood and implemented by global hub and regional centres
System setup
- Daily monitoring of initial start-up callsHub level

Regional /local level
- Remote ongoing training of client staff

**Education and experience**:

- Fluent or Advanced English, other languages also an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service
- Knowledge of the Maritime industry
- Experience working in an international hub structure environment
- Organized person, ability to analyze and optimize processes
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, word, PPT.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Strong customer service skills, including professional telephone demeanor.
- Must be able to comply with all S5 policies and procedures.
- Highly motivated and able to meet goals and measurable achievements.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
