Job Title: Graphic Designer

**Summary**:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs across various mediums to communicate messages and concepts. This role involves collaborating with clients or stakeholders to understand their design needs and objectives and delivering high-quality design solutions that meet their requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Design Creation**: Plan and create new designs for web and mobile platforms. Ability to create out-of-the-box creatives for Social Media Platforms. Handle projects from scratch, from creative concepts to project delivery. Optimize existing user interface designs. Involve in digital product design and guidelines creation. Understand and collect user requirements to suggest UI solutions. Ability to create videos will be an added advantage.

2. **Client Collaboration**: Collaborate with clients or stakeholders to understand their design requirements, objectives, and target audience, and incorporate feedback to refine design concepts and achieve client satisfaction.

3. **Design Execution**: Use industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, project specifications, and deadlines.

4. **Visual Communication**: Create visually compelling and effective designs that communicate complex ideas and messages clearly and engage the target audience, while maintaining aesthetic appeal and brand consistency.

6. **Quality Assurance**: Review design deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards, brand consistency, and client requirements, and make necessary revisions or adjustments as needed.

7. **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to integrate design elements into various marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials.

8. **Trend Awareness**: Stay informed about current design trends, techniques, and best practices, and incorporate relevant ideas and concepts into design projects to maintain a fresh and modern aesthetic.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work across various mediums.
- Excellent design skills, including typography, layout, and color theory.
- Ability to interpret client briefs and translate requirements into compelling design solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of print and digital design principles and production processes.
- Experience with web design, UI/UX design, and motion graphics is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
