**Job Summary**:The Education Counselor plays a crucial role in guiding and assisting students in making informed decisions about their academic and career paths. They provide personalized counseling, information, and support to students, helping them navigate through educational options and achieve their educational and professional goals. The Education Counselor also collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to enhance the overall student experience and promote student success.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in education counseling, career advising, or student services.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Knowledge of educational systems, academic programs, and career development resources.
- Proficiency in using computer software and tools for data management and communication.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Professional certification in counseling or career development.
- Experience in working with diverse student populations.
- Knowledge of current trends in education and workforce development.
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
