**What we expect from you**
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent
- Experience in Cash Collection, MIS, Provision Calculations and Cash Application
- Experience of working in international environment would be preferred
- Collecting cash from each bucket (Current bucket to >365 Days), should have knowledge to resolve overdue amount in each bucket.
- Knowledge of Revenue & billing functions related to accounts receivable.
- Handling Dispute resolution related to services & their invoices delivered to clients.
- Collaborative approach is must - Work & communicate with Internal & external stakeholders such as commercial directors, sales managers & sales leads.
- Strong knowledge of how purchase orders & sales order work in OTC process.
- Complete knowledge of Order to cash cycle process as an added advantage.
- Handling 70-80 Critical clients individually with high portfolio value.
- Knowledge of handling Invoicing portals for various clients. Tungsten, Ariba & Coupa.
- Good MS-Excel skills and working knowledge of Oracle. Knowledge of using V-lookups & pivot tables for presentation purposes.
