**Responsibilities**
- To support and adhere to Environmental, Health and Safety working practices at all times
- To maintain a high level of housekeeping within the Maintenance department
- To support production to ensure that quality standards are met in adherence to ISO & BRC requirements are met and remedial action taken where necessary.
- To maintain all electrical appliances and machinery to the ISO Standards.
- Problem solving and troubleshooting of electrical processes
- Advising on and maintaining electrical spare parts
- PLC programming as required
- Working to resolve problems and write program related to simatic manager programming (S7 300, 400 siemens PLC)
- Trouble shooting of PLC and drives like SINAMICS G120/S120 drives,Simatic PLC
- Maintaining electrical Schematics
- Investigating process improvements, carry out new project work, design and installation
- Assist in mechanical maintenance as required
- Perform any other related tasks as required

**Housekeeping**
- To perform duties in such a way as to observe and maintain established housekeeping standards
- Return tools, parts and other equipment to appropriate storage
- Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in a tidy and functional state at all times

**Production**
- Perform all tasks relating to operating and maintaining production machines
- Continually seek to optimise production output and quality by way of responding to machine and process electrical and mechanical problems and taking appropriate action
- Participate in Plant continuous improvement activities such as TPM
- To implement a 5S based system to housekeeping within the Maintenance department
